Role Details

Converser

Access to conversations, guest profiles, requests, and bookings. The primary role for front desk staff and guest-facing teams.

Marketer

Access to marketing campaigns, audiences, and analytics. Can view guest profiles for segmentation but cannot modify guest data.

Contractor

Limited access to assigned requests only. Cannot see guest contact details or conversation history.

Report Viewer

Read-only access to reports and analytics. Cannot modify any data or access operational features.
