Brand Admin
Full access to all features and settings across all locations. Can manage users, configure integrations, and access all data. This is the highest permission level.
Location Admin
Full access within their assigned location(s). Can manage local settings, users, and all operational features. Cannot modify brand-level settings.
Converser
Access to conversations, guest profiles, requests, and bookings. The primary role for front desk staff and guest-facing teams.
Marketer
Access to marketing campaigns, audiences, and analytics. Can view guest profiles for segmentation but cannot modify guest data.
Contractor
Limited access to assigned requests only. Cannot see guest contact details or conversation history.
