Shortcuts Available via the "+" Button

Shortcut

Description

New Conversation

Quickly start a conversation with a guest. A new window opens, prompting you to select the property department and the guest’s profile or manually enter their telephone number if the profile is not yet uploaded.

Create a Request

Instantly open the request tab without needing to navigate to it separately. This allows for quick request entry within the same window.

Create a Booking

Bookings are automatically created within AXP via PMS integration. Any booking made in AXP will not appear in your PMS, so this option is generally not needed.

Create a Profile

Quickly generate a guest profile. However, this is usually not necessary as profiles are automatically created through PMS integration.

Create a Vendor

Assign a location for the vendor, then enter the vendor’s name. If the vendor exists on Google, their details will auto-populate from the dropdown. If the vendor is not listed on Google, their information must be entered manually.
