How Do I Run Reports in AXP?

Overview

Prerequisites

  • You need the Report Viewer, Location Admin, or Brand Admin role

  • Data availability depends on your location's activity period

Access the Reports Module

To access and run reports in AXP, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Reports

  1. Click Reports in the left navigation menu

  2. You will see the analytics dashboard with key metric summaries

Step 2: Select a Report Type

AXP offers several pre-built report types:

  • Conversation Reports — Message volumes, response times, channel breakdown

  • Request Reports — Request volumes, completion rates, average handling time

  • Guest Reports — Profile activity, engagement metrics, satisfaction scores

  • Team Performance — Staff response times, workload distribution, productivity

  • Digital Key Reports — Key issuance, usage rates, device types

Step 3: Set Filters and Date Range

  1. Select the date range for your report (for example: today, this week, this month, this year)

  2. Apply location filters to focus on specific properties

  3. Add department filters to narrow results to specific teams if needed

⚠️ Alert: If you filter departments when looking up inbound messages, the result will be 0 because your departments won't be able to send inbound messages. Your departments can only send outbound messages.

Step 4: Export Your Report

  2. Select your export format (CSV is the most common)

  3. The file will download to your computer
