Go to the guest's Profile and open the Bookings tab.
Locate the booking you want to delete. Delete buttons are only available on current or upcoming bookings β past bookings cannot be deleted from the UI.
Click the delete icon next to the booking.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
ποΈ Note: Deleting a booking removes its association with the guest profile. The booking will no longer appear in the guest's profile view.

If the booking was created by a PMS (Property Management System) sync, deleting it in AXP will not permanently remove it. The next PMS sync will re-create the booking automatically.
To permanently delete a PMS-synced booking, follow these steps in order:
Cancel or delete the booking in the PMS first β this stops the PMS from sending further updates for that booking.
Then delete it in AXP β once the PMS is no longer pushing the booking, the deletion in AXP will be permanent.
π‘ Tip: If the booking is cancelled (rather than deleted) in the PMS, the PMS will usually send a final status update to AXP that marks the booking as cancelled. In many cases, this is sufficient β you may not need to delete it in AXP at all.
