Permissions: Brand Admins
If your SSO certificate is due to expire, you can request a renewal by raising a Change Request through the platform. Please read the requirements below before submitting.
Who Can Raise This Request
This request must be submitted by an approved Brand Admin of your brand.
The Change Request option in the Help & Support chat is only visible to approved Brand Admins — other users will not see this option.
If you are unsure who your approved Brand Admins are, please check with your internal team before proceeding.
How to Submit the Request
Log in to AXP as an approved Brand Admin.
Go to the Help & Support tab and open the chat bubble.
Click Send us a message
Select Change Request from the option list.
In your message, include the following:
A description of the change (e.g. "SSO certificate renewal").
Why is this being changed? (e.g. The expiry date of the current certificate is approaching).
The new metadata file provided by your Identity Provider, attached to the request
Click yes to consent to team to make the change on your behalf
The Change Request will be logged
Our team will review and action your request once it has been received.
📓 Important Notes:
The Change Request option is only visible to approved Brand Admins. If you cannot see it, you do not have the required permissions — please ask an approved Brand Admin in your team to submit the request.
Please raise this request as early as possible before the certificate expiry date to avoid any disruption to SSO login.
