How to Filter Reports?

This guide explains how to apply and reset filters in reports within AXP to refine data and improve analysis.

Permissions Required: Users must have the appropriate permission assigned within the Brand Admin, Location Admin or Converser role in AXP to access and modify report filters.

Steps to Follow:

1. Navigate to Reports in left hand side menu.

2. Adjust the filters by modifying any of the options at the top of the report.

⚠️ Important: Custom date ranges are not currently supported.

If your reporting needs require a custom date range, please ask your Brand Admin to submit this as a product requirement to the Alliants team.

3. Reset the filters by clicking the action button in the top right corner and selecting "Reset Filters."

🗒️ We recommend using the AXP Web Page for the Reports feature rather than the AXP Staff Mobile App for a better experience.
