Summary: This guide explains how to permanently delete an audience in the Engage module of AXP. Once deleted, an audience cannot be recovered and will need to be recreated if needed.
Permissions Required: Only users with the "Marketer" role, assigned by a Brand Admin, can delete audiences.
Deleting an Audience
1. Navigate to Engage in the left-hand side menu.
2. Use the Search Bar or Filters to locate and select the audience you want to delete.
3. Click the action ⋮ button.
4. Select the option "Delete Audience."
5. In the pop-up confirmation window, click "Yes, Delete".
⚠️ Once an audience is deleted, it cannot be recovered and will need to be recreated manually.
