Summary: Users can report a message if it needs to be removed from the platform. It will become invisible on the conversation window. Brand admins can see it from the Notificaitons tab, and delete it permanently on the platform.
Permissions: Conversers to reports. ONLY Brand admins can delete it permanently.
How to Report a Message
To report a message within a conversation, follow these steps:
Locate the message you wish to report and click the three small dots next to it.
Choose the "Report message" option. A new window will appear, prompting you to provide the reason for reporting.
Upon reporting a message, it becomes temporarily invisible to you and other users. Your moderators will be notified to take appropriate action.
π Important: Brand or location administrators will receive email notifications about reported messages within the Alliants Experience Platform.
Delete a Message:
Once a message has been reported, brand admins can permanently delete it from the platform by visiting the reported messages screen and selecting the delete option.
