Summary: Templates can be deleted when they are no longer needed to keep the system organised and up to date. Only users with the appropriate permissions can remove templates.
Permissions Required: Only Brand Admins and Location Admins can delete templates.
Delete a Template
1. Navigate to Settings in the left hand side menu.
2. Click on the Message templates tab.
3. Locate and select the template you want to delete.
4. Click on the action ⋮ button in the top right corner.
5. Select the option "Delete Template".
6. In the pop up window confirm deletion by clicking the button "Yes, delete".
⚠️ Once deleted, a template cannot be restored. Ensure that you no longer need the template before proceeding.
