Allin is an automated response maker which means it will only make suggestions when the guest is the last to respond in the chat. It will not create suggestions when you are first to write a message or reach out to the guest.
How to Use Allin
Allin appears above the messaging text box within a conversation. To use Allin you must:
Click "Ask Allin" for a suggested response
Click "Send Suggestion" or "Edit Suggestion"
Make any necessary changes and click "Send Reply"
How to Hide/Unhide Allin
If you want to stop Allin from suggesting responses you are able to hide it.
Click “hide” to remove the response
Click “Ask Allin” to reveal the response
