How to Manage Allin (AI Assistant)?

Summary: This article explains the functionality of Allin, Alliants' AI assistant within the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP), and provides guidance on how to configure its settings and optimize its performance.

Allin is designed to help streamline guest communications by generating suggested responses or automated replies, allowing teams to engage with guests more efficiently and save valuable time.

Permissions Required: To configure Allin, you must have either Location Admin or Brand Admin permissions within AXP.

Accessing Allin Settings:

1. Navigate to the Settings section in the left hand side menu.

2. Click on the Location tab and select the desired property.

3. Go to the AI Settings tab to access Allin's configuration options.

Allin Options:

Within the AI Settings tab, you can toggle the following features:

(i) Enable 'Allin' Suggested Responses:

  • This option allows Allin to generate suggested responses to guest messages.

  • Click on Ask Allin above the messaging text box to view and edit these suggestions before sending.

(ii) Providing Information for Allin to Learn:

Location Contextual Information: Enter key location details in the provided text box to help Allin generate context-specific and accurate responses.

Uploading Files: Use the File Uploader to add documents that serve as training data, allowing Allin to utilize this information for more effective responses.
