Conversation Open/Close: Click this button to open or close the main conversation side panel, providing more space in the main conversation interface.

Side Panel Refresh: Use this button to refresh the side panel inbox and view any incoming or new messages.

Multi-Select: This option allows you to view conversations across all departments to which you have access.

Multi-Open/Close: By selecting this button, you can open all departments in all locations. You can also use it again to close all these departments.

Individual Selector: If you wish to access a specific department or location's conversation, simply select the corresponding checkbox to display the desired conversations.

Single-Open/Close: This feature enables you to open or close all department conversations for a specific location.

Active Conversations Open/Close: Use this button to open or close the active conversations for the currently selected departments. It is particularly helpful when your interface becomes overloaded, allowing you to generate more space.
