Step 1: Open the Check-Out Request

Navigate to the Request Dashboard and locate the guest's check-out request. Check-out requests may be created automatically based on the booking departure date or manually by staff.

Step 2: Deactivate Digital Keys

If the guest was issued digital keys, AXP can automatically deactivate them upon check-out completion. Verify that all active keys are revoked to maintain security.

Step 3: Collect Guest Feedback

AXP can send an automated post-stay message to the guest. You can also record any verbal feedback directly in the guest's profile or conversation.

Step 4: Complete the Check-Out

Mark the check-out request as Closed.
