What are Notifications and Reminders?

Notifications and Reminders are set to help carry out requests more efficiently, as some properties experience a large volume of requests in a short period of time this feature helps to avoid missing any requests that need to be completed for guests.

You can use this feature to set a reminder and a notification for a request, that can be alerted to you and your team at a set date and time for when you will need to complete the task for that request.
