How Do I Create a Reminder?

Summary: The Reminder feature in AXP helps users set and manage task reminders for guest requests. These reminders ensure that important actions, such as updating reservations, are not overlooked.

Permissions Required: Role required in AXP to create and manage reminders, are Converser, Location Admin, or Brand Admin.

Create a Reminder

1. Navigate to Requests in the left hand side menu.

2. Select the desired Request from the table view.

3. Expand the Reminders section.

4. Click the + button to add a new reminder.

5. Enter the necessary details. (Remember to tick the box enable alert to receive a notification to take action - this is optional)

Reminders can also be made when creating the request. Simply check the "Create Reminder" checkbox at the time of creating the request.
