How Do I Action Reported Messages?

Summary: The Reported Messages feature in AXP allows users to review and take action on messages that have been flagged for review.

Permissions Required: Brand and Location Admins are notified via email when a message is reported, while Converser users do not receive notifications regarding reported messages.

Actioning a Reported Message

1. Navigate to Notifications in the left hand side menu.

2. Click into Reported Messages.

3. Select the reported message you want to review.

4. Choose an action:

  • Click "Delete" to remove the message permanently.

  • Click "Restore" to reinstate the message.

5. A confirmation button will appear in the pop up window; "Yes, Delete" or "Yes, Restore".
