How can I Unlock my Account?

If a user forgets their password and enters incorrect credentials too many times, an on-screen message will appear, notifying them that their account is locked. They will need to wait before attempting to log in again.

Brand Admins can check if a user’s account is locked by navigating to the User List under Settings. From there, they have the ability to unlock the account, allowing the user to attempt login again.
