Report Types and Access
There are two kinds of reports in AXP. Your access depends on your role and permissions.
Report Type | What It Is | Who Can View |
Standard Reports | General dashboards available to reporting users | Available based on your reporting role in your account |
Premium Reports | Dashboards that require extra permission. It has a lock next to the name. | Require Report Viewer access for that specific report |
On AXP Reports tab, you will see them as:
Brand admins automatically see standard reports that are in their brand’s report groups or in groups shared globally.
However, Brand Admins do not automatically see premium reports. Premium reports need the Report Viewer role, that can be assigned to them by themselves, or by Contact Sales.
If You See “Premium Report Required”
This message means you do not yet have access to that premium report. You will also see a Contact Sales button.
Click Contact Sales to open a pre-filled email and request access.
Or ask a Brand Admin to assign you the Report Viewer role for that report.
How to Request Access to a Premium Report
Try to open the report. If blocked, note the report name.
Ask your Brand Admin to assign Report Viewer for that report from Settings > Users > find the user > Add role, choose 'Reporting', then select the report.
Or Click Contact Sales on the message page to send the access request.
Refresh the Reports page after you receive confirmation and try opening the report again.
Quick Troubleshooting
