Summary: The Guest Web App Summary Report gives you a simple way to see what your guests are asking for through the web app, how much money those requests are worth, and how guests are actually using the platform — including which devices they use.
Permissions Required: Access to this report is controlled by your Brand Admins.
What is this report for?
This report shows you what guests are requesting directly through your web app — things like room upgrades, restaurant bookings, spa treatments, or products.
It only includes requests guests make themselves, not ones created by your staff.
The data updates every hour, so you're always looking at fairly recent numbers.
Filters: You can customise the report by date range, location, and type of request (for example, Product, Room, Restaurant, or Spa). You can also choose whether to view data based on when a request was made, or when the guest's stay starts.
What's in the report
The report is split into sections, each looking at a different part of the guest experience:
Guest Requests Overview – A high-level summary showing your key numbers, trends over time, and how different properties compare.
Product Requests – Details on product orders, including which products guests tend to buy together.
Dynamic Room Upsell – Details on room upgrades, including a visual flow showing which room types guests upgrade from and to.
Service Order Requests – How many service requests were made and how long guests took to make them.
Restaurant Reservations – Details on restaurant bookings made through the web app.
Spa Requests – Details on spa service bookings.
Lead Time Analysis – How far in advance guests tend to make requests before their stay.
Booking Insights – How requests relate to booking details, like length of stay or rate type.
Guest Analytics – How guests are using the web app itself, including page visits, how long they spend browsing, and how many go on to make a booking.
💡 Tip: You can click on a product or service name in the report to see a pop-up with the full booking details behind that request.
Device Type Breakdown
The report can also show you which type of device guests are using — Mobile, Desktop, or Tablet.
You'll find a Device Type filter in the Guest Analytics section, near the bottom of the report. Turning this on lets you see, for each device type:
How many guests went on to make a booking (conversion rate)
How many bookings were made
How much time guests spent on the web app
This is useful for understanding how guests prefer to browse and book — for example, if most guests are on mobile, it may be worth double-checking how the site looks and feels on a phone.
📓 Note: This filter only affects the Guest Analytics section. The rest of the report always shows combined figures for all devices, unless you're specifically looking at that section.
