Summary: Engage allows users to run an advanced search across guest profiles for those who are currently staying or have previously stayed at their property. Users can then export a CSV of the guests that match the selected criteria.
Permissions Required: Querying and creating audiences is a role-based permission that must be assigned by a Brand Admin at the brand level. This role is called "Marketer."
Exporting Guest Profiles
1. Navigate to Engage in the left hand side menu.
2. Use the Search Bar or Filters to find and select the audience you want to export.
3. Click the action ⋮ icon.
4. Select the option "Export to CSV".
5. In the pop up window Name the File and enter a Consent Type for the export.
6. Click the button "Export to CSV".
7. Navigate to your email inbox for the export.
⏳ Processing Time: Profile queries may take some time to generate. Once the CSV is ready, it will be sent via email to the AXP user who requested it.
👀 Viewing Results: A list of guests that match the audience conditions will appear at the bottom of the audience’s side menu in Engage.
