How Do I Add a Department to a Conversation?

This article explains steps to adding a department to a conversation

Permission: Standard users can add departments to conversations. However, only location admins or conversers within a department can remove it.

Adding and Removing Departments in Conversations

  1. Go to a Conversation

  2. Click on the blue "+" icon next to the messaging text box

  3. Click "Add Department"

  4. Select the Departments you wish to add

  5. Click "Add Department"

⚠️ If you remove the only existing department in a conversation, the conversation will be closed.
