Linking a Guest Profile
Navigate to the booking in the Bookings module and open the detail view.
Search for the Guest by Click the Guest field and search by name, email address, or phone number. AXP will return matching profiles.
Click on the desired profile to link it to a booking.
⚠️ If multiple matches appear, verify by checking the contact details to ensure the correct profile is being linked.
Creating a New Profile
If no matching profile exists, click Create New Profile to create one directly. Fill in the guest's details and it will be automatically linked to the booking.
Multiple Guests per Booking
Bookings can have multiple guests linked. The primary guest is the main contact, while additional guests (companions, family members) can also be linked for communication purposes.
