Guest Information
The booking detail page displays the linked guest profile, contact details, and any VIP or loyalty status. Click the guest's name to navigate to their full profile.
Reservation Details
View check-in and check-out dates, room type, room number, rate information, number of guests, and booking source (direct, OTA, PMS).
Special Requests and Preferences
Any special requests recorded with the booking are displayed, including room preferences, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and celebration arrangements.
Linked Items
The booking detail view also shows linked requests, service orders, digital keys issued, conversation history, and folio charges.
