1. Creating a New Request Form at the Brand Level
1. Go to Settings in the left hand side menu.
2. Click on the Brand tab.
3. Click on the section Request Forms.
4. Click the button "+ Request Form" to start a new form.
5. Enter the necessary details.
6. Click the button "Create Request Form" to save it.
