Summary: Requests can be assigned to specific Departments and Users to take ownership of managing for guests,
Permissions Required: Users must have Location Admin or Brand Admin access to configure Request Form Actions.

Assign
The Assign action enables you to automatically assign new requests to specific Departments or Users as soon as they are created.
This ensures that in the Requests tab, you can quickly identify the responsible department or user for each request.
If a request is submitted via Mobile Apps, Web (by the Guest), or through API integration, and the option to add the request to a chat is enabled, the assigned departments will automatically be added to the conversation.
1. Navigate to Requests in left hand side menu.
2. Select a request from the table view.
3. In the right hand side panel scroll down to Assignments.
4. Click the pencil icon.
5. Select the relevant "Department" and/ or "User" in the dropdowns.
6. Click the tick icon to save.
7. The "Department" will be assigned and now show in the table view.
